What is an e-bill?
An electronic bill, or e-bill, is a payment document which replaces a paper bill, and one which is free of charge and the equivalent of a normal paper bill.
You can order an e-bill via our insurance advisor or through your internet bank where you can view and pay your e-invoices. In addition to this, you can order your e-invoice from the portal at Arved.ee (new window opens).
Why should you prefer e-billing?
- Fast and convenient - even if you are away from home, your e-bill is accessible via the internet.
- Environmentally friendly - e-billing saves a large amount of paper and nature’s resources.
- Safe - e-bills do not get lost in the post, and neither do they get stolen.

Where should your e-bill be sent?
- To your e-mail address - you will have your bill sent directly to your e-mail address as an attachment.
- To your mailbox at arved.ee - your bill is sent to your mailbox at the arved.ee portal
