Conclude a motor third party liability insurance agreement and drive without a care!

Motor third party liability insurance is a compulsory insurance premium which is regulated by the Motor Third Party Liability Insurance Act. All vehicles that are entered onto the register in Estonia (with an Estonian registration plate) must be subject to the acquisition of an ordinary contract for motor third party liability insurance.

Motor third party liability insurance

• insures a driver for liability if the vehicle driven by that person is the cause of any injury or accident in traffic (eg. the car destroys a traffic sign, hits a car that is travelling in front of it, or causes any damage or injury to a passenger or pedestrian)
• is valid in Estonia, in the countries of the European Economic Area (including the European Union) and in Switzerland
• is valid outside the European Economic Area in other green card countries
