What should you keep in mind before notifying us of a loss?
Here are some examples of the points of information that you should know before you notify us of a loss:
- Policy number
- The location and date of the loss event or the period in which the loss occurred
- Personal identification code
- In the event of you suffering a vehicle loss, the registration number of the vehicle and the driver’s licence number. If possible, please also have your technical passport to hand
Completing your loss notice
- Fill in the fields in the correct order
- Submit all the information that is requested where you are able
- Be sure to complete the compulsory fields that are indicated by an asterisk
- Ensure that your contact data (e-mail address, telephone number) are entered correctly
