Claims handling co-operation partners

For the purposes of speeding up the loss adjustment process and making it more customer-friendly, If has concluded a contract with more than ninety trustworthy and high-quality co-operation partners all over Estonia whom you can contact immediately after a motor third party liability or vehicle loss event.

This means that in case of damages you do not need to come to the If office. Instead you can go directly to the car service centre at which all your necessary procedures are being carried out.
