What are traffic-related damages?
Traffic-related damages are classed as being damages which are caused by an occurrence of an insurance event which is related to motor third party liability insurance, and for which the payment of compensation takes place on the basis of motor third party liability insurance.
Motor third party liability insurance is a compulsory liability insurance which forms the basis for the insurer in the payment of compensation for damages which are caused to other persons by the person who was the cause of a traffic accident.
