- Run the app and proceed to the registration with any of the identity tools offered by the app.
- To ensure your data security, use internet bank, SmartID or MobileID to create your unique Mobile security code.
After the process is finished – you are ready to use the app.

Security risks are minimized on Android smartphones from 6 Series and all iPhones running iOS 12.2 and later (from iPhone SE and iPhone 6).
What to do if If Mobile is not working on my phone?
Some mobile phone models and operating systems are not comparable with If Mobile app. Android phone users with Android 12 version installed on their phones might see “Something went wrong” message while installing the app or setting up a profile.
To use If Mobile app, we suggest customers to check if there is a newer Android version that could be installed in the phone. Please update your phones Android version and then try again.

What is the name of the If Mobile application in App Store or Google Play?
You can find the If Mobile app on both Google Play and the App Store under the name if Mobile Baltics. In the first step, you can choose to use the app in Estonia.
How is happening the sign-in and authenticate with If Mobile?
When using the application for the first time, you must log in with either Mobile-ID, Smart-ID, or a bank link. This is how you link your person to your insurances and packages.
You will no longer need personal identification if you use the app in the future - you can start working immediately by opening the application.
Why do I need to create a security code for an If Mobile application?
When using the application for the first time, please create a security code with which you can confirm various actions when using the application in the future. The code is needed to prevent accidental actions by external users.
