About the role

We are looking for a motivated Large Enterprises Account Manager to join our Large Enterprises Group in Estonia, with a focus on acquiring new customers through the direct sales channel. You will be part of an experienced and supportive sales team, where collaboration, initiative, and results are valued.

What are You going to do?

  • Plan and implement sales activities to attract new customers. 
  • Sell and promote insurance products through the direct channel.
  • Build a customer portfolio to support value creation and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Execute account management activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in an insurance sector or a relevant field. 
  • Proven track record in direct sales and customer acquisition.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English, Russian is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
