About the role
As Web Analytics Manager, you will be essential part of E-commerce team, helping to create and implement digital marketing strategies to drive sales on If Baltic websites by building and supporting relevant reports and carrying out data analysis of digital advertising channels and web-shops. You will take care of analysing the digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools. Your main goal will be to provide the insights and suggestions for more effective digital campaigns, channels as well as to suggest improvements in our web-sales channel.
What are you going to do?
- Work closely with E-commerce, Marketing, Content, Product, and other units to analyse and follow-up the reach of sales, conversion, traffic, and other marketing goals.
- Be Super user for Google Analytics in our company.
- Create custom reports and dashboards on key marketing metrics, as well as carry out regular and one-time analytical tasks to get valuable insights into customer behaviour.
- Support the digital marketing organization with web data collection and tag management requirements for Google Tag Manager across the Baltics.
- Translate business and marketing insight needs into concrete measurement specifications.
- Support marketing use cases related to the Google Marketing Platform and channels like Facebook, Tik-Tok and others.
- Support in measurements and reported performance of major digital marketing sites and use cases.
- Keep documentation on web data collection alive and meeting GDPR requirements.
- Oversee the budget for marketing technology, including software licenses, subscriptions, and technology infrastructure.
- Follow-up and report incidents related to GA functionality and banner performance.
What do we expect from you?
Must have
- Solid knowledge in marketing data analytics and at least 2 years of experience working with above mentioned digital marketing tools.
- Ability to easily collect and find different data about customer behaviour on websites, and knowledge how to get and read Google Analytics data the best.
- Readiness to find related issues to tracking, e.g., URLs, events, goals, calculations, form submits, purchases, e-commerce events, channel grouping, dimensions setup, filtering and segmenting audiences and define necessary improvement when needed.
- Understanding of GDPR impact on data collection and interest in cookie-less world topics, e.g., server-side tracking implementation in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Orientation to details and ability to find solutions as well as define business requirements to IT partners.
- Self-starter attitude and eagerness to learn more, initiate and drive ideas for testing and improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, e-commerce, IT, or data analytics related field.
- Fluent in English, with tcomprehension of one of the Baltic languages.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of HTML, JS, and CSS.
- Good basis of technical SEO principles.
- Knowledge in MS Excel, and data visualization tools.

- Monthly salary: €3200-3700 gross, if you are employed in Estonia; €3700-4200 gross, if you are employed in Lithuania*. Additionally, there is an annual bonus.
