About the role
As an External Communication Manager, you will shape and amplify our voice in Estonia through strategic storytelling, media relations, social media, and public engagement. We're looking for a skilled communicator with a passion for public relations, social media, and narrative building – someone who can help strengthen our reputation and ensure our messages resonate with key audiences.
You will be resposible for:
- Planning and executing external communication strategies in alignment with business goals.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with media, preparing press releases, managing media inquiries, and enhancing the company’s reputation and image.
- Supporting internal experts and employees in media interactions to ensure consistent messaging.
- Tracking and analysing communication metrics to assess PR effectiveness and support data-driven communication strategies.
- Managing and growing company’s social media visibility in line with communication strategy, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
- Initiating communication for sponsorship projects to make a stronger impact for causes we believe and support.
- Planning and managing the Estonian external communication budget.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in external communication, PR.
- Strong writing and editing skills in Estonian and English.
- Experience in media relations, crisis communication, and content creation.
- Proficient in social media tools, PR and social media algorithms, and performance metrics.
- Strategic thinking with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-country teams.
