    We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Partners' Department to lead the development of our strategic partnerships and enhance our sales performance. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as product and underwriting, marketing, legal, and others.

    You will be responsible for

    • Strategic Partnership Development: identify and develop new and existing partnerships to grow our sales network. Analyse market trends and build a robust pipeline of potential partners. Design and negotiate value-driven cooperation models with partners.
    • Relationship Management: build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, including bancassurance and frame-contract collaborations. Ensure continuous engagement and alignment with business goals.
    • Performance & Profitability: continuously evaluate partnerships for profitability and cost efficiency. Identify and implement improvement opportunities.
    • Leadership & Team Development lead a sales team across the Baltics, fostering collaboration and innovation. Take care about teams’ performance and professional growth.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: work with product, marketing, content, legal, and other teams to drive various initiatives and improve customer engagement, as well as sales results.

    What do we expect from you?

    • Proven experience in partnership or sales management, preferably in the financial services sector.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
    • Inspirational leader with experience managing high-performing teams.
    • Excellent Estonian and English language skills.

    • Monthly salary from €4800 to €5500 gross, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience. Additionally, there is an annual bonus.
