About the role

We are looking for Strategic Partner Development Manager, who would be eager to establish and develop strong and sustainable co-operations with If partners in Estonia.

You will be resposible for:

  • Growing profitable partnerships through cooperation and business development. 
  • Researching market opportunities and matching products to partner needs.
  • Managing, developing, and promoting sales through partnerships.
  • Actively looking for new partnership opportunities.
  • Developing win-win partner cooperation models.
  • Leading exploratory discussions and concluding contracts.
  • Executing business reviews and improvement initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Managing project groups and execution plans.
  • Promoting and supporting implementation of country and Baltic level activities and developments.

What do we expect from you?

  • Strong background and work experience in building partnerships, developing co-operations and/or sales in finance/insurance/telecom/automotive retail sector. 
  • Great collaboration and negotiation skills, orientation toward results.
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.
  • Active and courageous personality, positive mindset.
  • Excellent Estonian and English language skills.

  • Monthly salary: From €2800 to €3400 gross depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, there is an annual bonus.
